CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
United Palestinian Appeal is looking for 2018 Event Volunteers to help with an upcoming benefit concert on May 6th, as well as UPA’s 40th Anniversary Banquet on September 20th. Volunteers can expect to learn the ins and outs of event execution, enjoy networking opportunities, and attend the above-mentioned events at no cost. One pre-event meeting is required for the benefit concert, and completion of 2 four hour volunteer shifts are required to attend the Anniversary Banquet, in addition to completing a two-hour shift on the day of the banquet.
Volunteer Duties will include:
– Folding Programs
– Stuffing invitations
– Event space set-up
– Check-in and registration
– Processing on-site donation and ticket sales
– Greeting guests
– Food and beverage management
