International Charity Day 2018

Today, we would like to acknowledge the people and organizations with whom we work, who make our work not only possible but exceptional.

UPA’s partners in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, and Lebanon are our brothers in arms. In collaboration with UPA, these organizations have implemented life-saving programs that provide essential services to thousands of people in their communities. Their local presence and their knowledge of local culture are crucial to providing sufficient services to the lives we seek to transform. UPA’s partnership with these organizations was forged over common interests and shared goals, and to this day, UPA continues to work in partnership with local organizations to promote self-sufficiency in Palestinian communities.

UPA’s donors and volunteers are our lifelines. Our diverse supporters both in the United States and abroad – Circle of Hope donors, Iqraa runners, event sponsors, and other donors and volunteers – are vital to maintaining our programs. Support from our donors makes our work sustainable, and support from our volunteers makes our work effective. We enjoy working with you and it’s always a pleasure meeting you in person.

It is essential for UPA to collaborate with many people and organizations to make its impact as effective as possible. Every person and every organization has a part to play in the global effort to improve lives. So, for International Charity Day, we encourage you to do your part by contributing to a cause you care about, whether it is the Palestinian cause or some other. Consider giving and or becoming involved with UPA and help us transform lives and empower communities. Learn more here.
